Move Better. Live Stronger
Personalized fitness coaching designed to fit your life, elevate your performance, and keep you motivated for the long haul.
4 Pillars
STRENGTH
Strength is a fundamental pillar of lifelong health. While it may take different forms at various stages of life, it remains essential for feeling your best and supporting overall well‑being. Developing strength enhances bone density, boosts metabolism, and helps preserve independence as you age. Prioritizing functional strength no matter where you are in your life’s journey is critical to maintaining long‑term vitality and resilience.
MOBILITY
Strength is valuable, but the ability to apply that strength through a full range of motion is what enables efficient, pain‑free movement and makes that strength truly functional. Developing greater mobility reduces injury risk, enhances circulation, and supports overall physical well‑being.
CONDITIONING
Recovery is a critical component of overall health, particularly when daily stressors are combined with the beneficial physical stress induced by exercise. Adequate recovery allows the body to repair tissue, restore physiological balance, and adapt so it can return stronger for subsequent training sessions. It also plays a key role in supporting mental, physical, and emotional well‑being. Prioritizing recovery ensures that the body can effectively manage stress, maintain resilience, and sustain long‑term progress in both fitness and daily functioning.
RECOVERY
Conditioning is a broad term used across many areas of health and fitness, but clinically, it refers to preparing the body to meet the specific physical demands of daily life. Effective conditioning enhances cardiovascular health, increases overall work capacity, and improves the body’s ability to recover efficiently. Whether you are training for an athletic event or aiming to elevate your general fitness so you can walk, bike, jog, or hike for longer durations, conditioning is a critical component in building the endurance, resilience, and physiological efficiency needed to support long‑term health and daily function.
These four pillars form the foundation of every training session. Each one supports and enhances the others, creating a balanced approach that helps you progress safely and effectively. When they work together, they provide the structure you need to reach your full potential.
I have spent the past 20 years working as both a strength and conditioning coach and an athletic coach. Throughout that time, I developed a deep passion for helping individuals recognize and reach their true potential through effective training. My professional journey has also been shaped by personal experience: recovering from a shoulder surgery myself and supporting my wife through significant post‑partum physical challenges. These experiences pushed me to further study structural balance and long‑term physical resilience. That knowledge now informs my work, allowing me to help clients build strength, restore function, and pursue a healthier, more capable version of themselves.

Testimonials
“I’m so thankful I found Pat. When I started working with him postpartum, I felt incredibly weak and depleted. I had very little muscle strength or endurance, and my energy was so low. I knew I wanted to lose weight, but more importantly, I wanted to feel strong, capable, and energized again.
What I love about Pat’s approach is that he focuses so much deeper than just weight loss or appearance. He has helped me build real strength, endurance, and muscle while creating a healthier, stronger body overall. I’VE LOST OVER 50 POUNDS! I have so much more energy, strength and confidence in what my body can do.
I’ve tried going to the gym on my own, working with trainers at the gym, and even following digital workout programs, but nothing ever worked for me long-term because they weren’t actually tailored to me. Pat’s workouts are customized to my strength, capacity, flexibility, schedule and the equipment I have access to that week. I can take the workouts he gives me and fit them into my life.. whether that means getting them done before my kids wake up, during nap time, or after they go to bed.
I also love being able to check in with Pat and reassess my strength and capacity each month so he can tailor what comes next to where I actually am, rather than having me follow a one-size-fits-all program. That personalized, week-by-week progression has taken me so much further than any digital download ever could. I’m not just following a workout, I’m continually building and growing stronger with a program that adapts as I do.
I’m incredibly grateful for Pat and the way he has helped me reach my goals. I truly can’t recommend him enough!”

BEFORE
AFTER
“Before I started working with Pat, I had no background knowledge on weightlifting whatsoever. Pat made it easy to learn and I picked up the sport fast! Not only did we fix my technique and hit some new personal lifting records, but the progress monitoring and regular check-ins kept me dialed in even on my busiest days. With his coaching, I was able to place 3rd in states during my senior year of high school on the girls weightlifting team. One thing I noticed was that Pat always sought continuous improvement and critiqued his workout templates to get the best results. Pat has a passion towards pursuing a healthy lifestyle and that inspired me to continue building on myself to become better and stronger. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, encouraging, and passionate coach who loves what he does and will help you get results, I highly recommend training with Pat.”

“Pat is incredible at what he does! You can tell he really understands the body and knows how to create workouts that are challenging without being overwhelming. Nothing feels generic or copy-and-paste- everything is intentional and tailored to me. I’ve been amazed at how quickly I’ve gotten stronger and how much better I feel. Having that level of personalized knowledge and guidance without even having to leave home is such a game changer. I can’t recommend Pat enough!”

“I’ve been blessed to work with Pat for years now, and year after year I have seen continued growth and results in my athletic development. My freshman year of college being no exception, after working a full summer with Pat, I went and crushed my college run tests without overwhelming myself or my schedule to prepare!”
